By far the best locksmith I've encountered. Quick, professional and reliable service that I'm absolutely thankful for! Aside from his fast pace and pro skills, David was very friendly and has very reasonable pricing.

I had a wonderful experience with USA Locksmith! David was prompt to answer my emails and was able to help me out quickly in changing our locks. We moved to a new apartment and the locks needed to be changed and also re-aligned. David took care of it quickly, showed me how to work everything and made it seamless and hassle free. He also explained the differences in locks + prices and I appreciated his knowledge and felt he was extremely genuine. We feel much safer with our new locks and he even fixed a wobbly knob on our front door as he was leaving. I would highly recommend this service!

Fantastic Job - David was very helpful with my locks in my store at the Upper East Side. I find him super professional and knowledgeable in this field. I also needed few sets of keys copied and I was out in few minutes. I highly recommend this place if you need a good Locksmith guy!

Terrible experience- I needed to constantly chase the owner down to finish a job we verbally agreed upon for well over a month- I found him to be very unorganized, not dependable and flaky- he admitted to forgetting about my job at one point because"he was too busy". My final straw was ultimately nailing him down after 6 attempts for an appointment and when he didn't show claimed we never made one for that time- he went further to accuse me of being wrong. This was one of the worst levels of unprofessionalism I've come across with a city business and with so many other locksmith options within blocks of this store it's not worth the headache. Try Abbeys a few blocks away.

They came within minutes and figured out an impossibly awful lock. We live in a building that’s more than 100 years old. I am forever grateful to them! They couldn’t have been nicer!!

I have been going to this storefront for a few years anytime I need a new key or anytime I need to duplicate a key. I was locked out the other night so I called David because he was always a nice guy. Came by quickly and got me back into my apartment for what I found to be a fair price.
