The technician I used really knew his stuff. He knew exactly what was wrong with my lock and fixed it so quickly. He was really friendly and I would definitely use them again.

I locked myself out of my apartment and they were very responsive arriving within 30 mins. Did a professional job and replaced my lock on the spot. However, it was a little pricey...drilling out my lock and replacing it (albeit with a high quality lock) ran me over $500. I had an initial miscommunication with the technician, but Greg in the office was quick to address my concerns. Overall great customer service.

Locked myself out of my apartment late on a Wednesday night. Called Top Flight Locksmith and they had someone at my apartment within 20 minutes. They had me inside in no time and charged me a reasonable price for the service. The guy did a great job, only took him 15 min from start to finish. They don't waste your time and they're cheaper than the average locksmith.
