You have to watch these guys because they will quote one price over the phone and double it later.
They called it a 'misunderstanding.' I called it a 'bait-and-switch' attempt to rip me off.
In placing an order over the phone to change a lock I explicitly requested the total price and was given a quote.
The technician changed the lock and then gave me a bill that was double the amount provided earlier.
After an irate phone call the original quote was restored and the bill redone.
That said everything was handled politely and without any fuss.

Hired this company to install a new camera system and access system at our 7000 sqf show room. To be honest their price seemed high at the beginning but once everything was installed (2 days earlier than planned) I was so impressed with what we got for our dineros...
Jonathan and Chaim did a wonderful job, can't recommend enough.

These guys came out 8 years ago after I had been robbed and put a great lock on my door.
It finally gave out (which is fine, 8 years is a long time) and I called and they answered right away.
Even after I had to cancel the next mornings appointment, he was very gracious about it and came this morning to do my new lock.
Yonathan is quick, efficient and friendly, but not overly friendly...actually perfect.
Prices are competitive and reasonable. Just the fact that they answer you right away and are super professional is enough to have a good business but he knows how to deal with people which is an added plus.
So Id give more stars if I could, great job!

These guys saved my day! As someone who loses everything (seriously: wallet, phone, etc), it's no surprise that I lose my keys. Thankfully, I had this referral from a friend, and these guys saved my butt. In addition to the great service and upstanding professionalism, they have decent prices--WAY better than getting ripped off by some other folks. ¡Muchas gracias!

If I could give 6 stars I would. I called pretty late, since my schedule is really busy and surprisingly there was an answer. The guy showed up at my place really early in the morning (as requested) and installed my new lock. I was in a rush so he promised to come again to install the second lock, he wasn't even mad at me for asking him to rush.
VERY efficient clean job. Had lots of patience to all my questions (installed a lock with code system) and very friendly. From now on I know who to call when I need my locks change.

New York Locksmiths are terrific. They are full service and do a great job. Jonathan helped me replace my top and bottom locks on two of my apartments. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.
