Arthur is very responsive. Very quick service and saved me a trip to the store to make duplicates of the keys. I would recommend his service to folks in Manhattan.

This was not a good experience for me. They were awful. Nice guys but really awful. Could have just been a bad day for them but they did NOTHING to make things right in the end. No apology. No nothing.
I was having a lock changed on an apartment. Very simple job. They showed up 2 hours late, then installed the lock improperly so that when we stepped out into the hall to test it...we ALL got locked out of the apartment. The guy had to call a co-worker to come over and break us back in (how comforting) It was absolutely ridiculous.
But mistakes happen...at the very least I thought maybe they'd make it up to me by offering some sort of apology, coupon or discount for my time & trouble. NOPE. Instead they charged me $910!!
I was flabbergasted!!! One door...$910...I'm sorry, but that's insane. Never again.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. Arthur was hands down the most professional person I'd ever met. Super genuine, responsive, and extremely efficient. I called after hours so I got rerouted to another person who did the locks (not affiliated directly to them). Unfortunately the lock wasn't really fixable so they did a workaround and Arthur came back a couple days later to do it for free.
Best experience I've ever had this guy is LEGIT. They are a family shop so go support em : )

Call them. Totally professional, efficient and know their stuff. You get a fast estimate, they show up when they say they will, they charge a very fair price and they're really nice guys. Plus, this is a family run business with over 30 years of experience - there aren't a lot of those left in the city and they are worth their weight in gold. Thanks Arthur!

Arthur did a wonderful job! My keys kept sticking to my old lock and I was worried that one day it would get stuck and I would be locked out so I decided to get my locks changed. I messaged a couple of highly rated Locksmiths on Yelp and Arthur was the only one who listened to my issue and suggested that I change the cylinders of the locks instead of the lock hardware if the locks were working fine. It was cheaper for me and I really appreciated his honesty - I wouldn't have known any better and would have spent money changing perfectly good locks! Just to highlight how thoughtful he is- he changed two lock cylinders for me and he made them and their corresponding keys different colors so that I know which keys go where. Definitely someone who takes pride in his work and wants to help his customers. I 100% recommend!

I found Sullivan Locksmith after calling 4 other locksmiths around my location for quotes and turnaround time, and I'm so glad I went with Sullivan. They not only responded quickly to my inquiry, they also quoted the most competitive price and provided stellar customer service. A+++
My keys were copied in less than 5 minutes and they were identical in look and feel - very pleasantly surprised by this (thanks, Arthur!).
The best part - when I tried the copied keys later, they worked perfectly. Actually, they work better than the original keys in the old locks. AMAZING! 100% recommend.

I had to rekey my lock and highly recommend Sullivan Locksmith. They asked me to text a photo of my lock and gave me an immediate and reasonable estimate, worked around my schedule, were right on time and did the work very quickly. Even gave me an extra key (in addition to the two that came with the lock). Nice guys, too. Friendly and courteous.

Sullivan's helped me install a mortise key lockset. Arthur and his colleague did it so quickly and were able to come install just an hour after I first contacted them. TRUSTWORTHY PROFESSIONAL THAT YOU SHOULD HIRE
After a dishonest experience with another locksmith, Arthur came in and fixed all the issues I was having. He really went over the top to make sure I had a positive experience and he deserves all the good ratings he has on Yelp. Not to mention the service was done very quickly.

The locksmith said he would arrive in an hour and he did so. He made the least expensive repairs possible, trying to use existing equipment. He did his work promptly and efficiently. He even gave me tips on how to correct future issues. Bottom line, amazing service, he arrived when he said he would, he was friendly, fast, efficient, and honest.

Arthur is awesome. Super responsive, extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. He was the only one who got back to me on a Sunday when I reach out to several locksmiths for help. He diagnosed my lock issue quickly but very methodically and helped solve it. The issue was not what I thought it was but Arthur remained professional and really helped me. Great service from the 1st call.
Very helpful and punctual.
The locksmith came out and was on point.
He went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect and all of the needs were met.
You never know what to expect in New York but this guy was very good and professional.
