Doug came to help me out when the key to the front door of my friend's apartment jammed as I was house-sitting one evening. He was polite, professional and did a great job replacing the lock. Highly recommend!

I needed an elevator key duplicated and this was the only place in the neighborhood that had elevator blanks. When they cut the key they warned me that it might not work because of the complexity of elevator locks, but they said I could bring it back if it didn't. The key didn't work but I brought it back and they made some adjustments as well as cut a new key. They said if the keys still didn't work then they could come and custom file the keys on site for no extra charge. The keys worked so there was no need for a visit but I was appreciative of the offer. And in the end I had 2 working keys! Very professional and fast service. And I enjoyed learning about elevator locks in the process haha

Arthur was great! He came when he said he would, and even saved us some cash by repairing a lock so it didn't need replacing. He also changed out another lock and made sure everything was set, and answered all our questions before he left.

Going out to dinner for my wife's birthday, we headed out and closed the door behind us, forgetting it was already locked. We messaged Sullivan locksmith while at dinner and he put us in touch with Arthur. From there we were able to coordinate our times coming home and Arthur was already waiting as soon as we parked.
He was very respectful, quick to open the door and in 5 minutes had a new lock installed on the door. Great company, great service, and Arthur is a great technician.
Be confident when choosing this company, they simply are the best!

We all know how sketchy NY can be. Although this neighborhood is predominantly upscale, being from Brooklyn I don't take any chances. I got locked out of my new Soho apartment and ended up here which was the closest locksmith near me. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and the owner and his son were both trying to help me. The customer service couldn't have been better from the get go. The owner personally came to my apartment and opened my lock. He was kind, considerate, and most of all very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or his services to anyone in New York.

Don't you hate it when you set up an appointment with a certain time slot to get a service done, and they either don't show up or they come late? New Yorkers have places to be, things to do! Fret not -- you won't have that problem with Sullivan Locksmith.
I found Sullivan Locksmith from Yelp, sent a message for a quote, and was able to get them to come out less than 24 hours. They had the best price compared to the other quotes I had gotten. Arthur actually arrived 30 minutes prior to our agreed upon time and changed my locks in a very efficient manner. He was very friendly and easy to work with. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone who needs any locksmith services.

Was walking down Church street when I walked into this place to make a copy of my key..... I know its crazy to be so enthusiastic about a key place... but these guys are seriously the best.
1. Super nice cutomer service.
2. They were so fast. I was in and out and got right back to work on time.
3. The key works great. Better than my original.
