Terrible service, I was locked out of my apt and was told there could a technician could get to my house in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later I got a call from a company that said they just received the job and would be there in 25 minutes. 30 minutes later, after many calls, I was finally told that the technician got a flat tire and they would send another technician that would get there in, you guessed it, 30 minutes. Found a local company that sent someone in 15. Will never use this company again.

Monaco Lock is as good as it gets. Big thanks to Ed who came out. Ed came by promptly at the time we set up and changed 3 different set of locks (2 with deadbolts) and made numerous copies. He went above + beyond and also helped us secure a window that was not properly aligned and gave us good tips to prevent any window burglaries. All the work took no longer than 2 hours and the price was very fair.

Awesome people. I bought a house in JC and they re locked, re keyed and gave me 5 copies of the key in less than 1 hour. The guy who they sent Michael is super nice and quick.
Total cost for me was about 200 even.

The dealership tried to gouge me by charging $25 for a car key copy (no microchip, just a plain key). Monaco didn't have the right size key blank, but when they heard how much I'd be charged, they ordered it, and charged me a few dollars for a key copy a few days later. These are my new favorite locksmiths.

Fast, accommodating, quality service. Monaco is as good as it gets in my book. They offer same day appointments and do their best to work with your schedule. If your need is urgent they can definitely accommodate you. I called this morning and they were to our apartment 20min later to replace our broken deadbolt.
They are very honest as well. No push for an up charge. No unnecessary repairs or replacements. The locksmith that came out for us this time made sure our deadbolt couldn't be repaired before suggesting we purchase a new one.
I'd make them your first call for any locksmith needs.

I needed a deadbolt for my newly purchased apt. Called Monaco and they said they could install it that afternoon. The tech came on time and quickly installed the lock cleaned up the mess and was done in 30 minutes. The tech, Brian, was very nice and courteous. Perfect. Price was not cheap but was what I expected. I definitely recommend Monaco Luck.

Called Wednesday and told them I lost they key on a disc lock I had on my storage unit and needed it broken open. They couldn't come until Monday. They couldn't give me a time. We played phone tag all day Monday and they were able to meet a time good for me after all. It took maybe 5 minutes to drill the lock off. $75. I'm not sure how much things like this cost, but it seems pricey to me. But he took my Amex which made me happy.
