Timothy Creighton, owner of Major Key Locksmith, comes from a family of locksmiths and clearly knows the business inside and out. He arrived speedily, diagnosed why my locks weren't working and nimbly fixed the problem, replacing one deadbolt lock, bending into place a jimmy bar that was causing problems with my 3 locks, and oiled all working parts. He's affable, polite, and bonded with my cats right away, plus the price was reasonable.
