A guy named Tom came by quick! He arrived just 15 minutes after we called. Our problem was we locked the keys to the safe at our new business, Classic Man Barber Lounge, inside the safe. Tom listened patiently to our complaints of how not having the keys to the basement (which are also in the safe) hinders us from doing regular operational tasks. Tom offered solutions on how we could get inside the safe as well as how we could get duplicate keys. Unfortunately, because of our type of safe we only had the option of damaging the safe. We felt it would be best to contact the manufacture to see if they could help before making that decision and/or at the very least buy a replacement safe.
Although, we didn't do business with Tom we wish we could have. Such a great personality. He laughed with us, Joked with us. Teased our music and told us stories in such a short time. Hey Tom, if your reading...You've found your new barbershop, family, home.

Received an initial quote for $95 for a simple cylinder change. After originally scheduling an appointment at 4PM, the locksmith shows up an hour late and tries to charge me $245. I call back the phone number and talk to the "manager", angry that the price increased 2.5x. After making a big deal, the locksmith finally accepts $95, begrudgingly does the work (in under a minute for a cylinder change) and then storms out. Would highly recommend looking for another locksmith. This place clearly tries to rip off its customers if they can.

Needed a locksmith in a pinch and these guys came through for me! They were there in minutes, were great to work with, and did a great job changing out locks. Would definitely recommend them, especially Tomer!

Yay incredible job on my door. They came at an inconvenient time and solved my problem so quickly. I will refer this company to my friends they were so friendly and helpful making a bad situation end quickly.

I called locksmith near me because I got locked out of my apartment.
Dan got to my place super quick and had me in the house in less then 2 minutes.
Hopefully I never get locked out again but if I do I will be sure to call them again.

I was looking for a locksmith near me in soho area and I found this company. Peter the gentlemen who help me was fast , straight forward and kind . He changed 2 deadbolt for me and did a top notch job.
