Hagi came to my parked car quite promptly, and created new keys for my 2007 Mazda - I had lost all my keys! He figured out the best (most economical) solution for me. The whole thing was done in an hour! Thanks, Hagi!

Called this place and got an appointment immediately. We communicated with Hagi, who was pleasant and responsive, but were taken care of by another person (I don't know his name). Didn't matter, he was also awesome. He created a replacement key and had me in and out in 15 minutes. These guys are A+.

Can we say morning from HELL!! After getting my car booted and losing my car keys I called Hagi praying he could help. I explained my situation and let him know that I lost my keys and needed a replacement for my Infiniti G35. He gave me a quote of 150 (up to 80 less than competitors) and he sent Roy to the reacue. Within 20 min Roy was there prepared and ready to assist me. Not only did he make me a new key within 10 min, he also help disarm my car alarm seeing as though I lost my remote. He refused to leave until I was settled and ready to go. Let's not forget this was all done in this horrible NYC weather. All in all, Roy and Hagi provided the ultimate in customer service, and I could not have been more pleased with the service!!!!

I couldn't turn the ignition with the car key for my Honda CRV, with the steering wheel locked. I tried to troubleshoot with all the basic steps. 1. Push steering wheel toward springy side, hold, turn key. 2. Spray WD-40. 3. Slide key in and out multiple times. 4. Repeat step 1....nothing worked. At the time, I didn't know what the problem was. I called the dealership and they said it could either be the key ($150 + $100 tow to dealership) or the ignition which could run anywhere from $800-1800 to replace. Wasn't worth shelling that much for my car. I decided to do some research...problem is...found lots of news articles about scam mobile auto-lock companies that rip you off and do horrible work...until I found Hagi on Yelp and the reviews looked legit enough. I called him last week and he showed up at my place exactly when he said he would. I was the one who was late...and he was just amazing. Didn't even ask me why I was late (I felt bad about that). Very professional. Very down to earth. He's got a cool van setup. I'm very inquisitive and often find myself working on my car when I shouldn't, and he had no problem explaining and showing me every step he took down to replacing the bad tumblers and pins. It turned out both the key and ignition were bad. Hagi was very quick at getting the problem resolved. He fixed my key and made an extra too! Nonetheless, I'm definitely going to return back to this review in a few months to update, or if a problem comes up. But, for now, I'm very confident in his workmanship and would certainly recommend him. Save yourself the time and headache and call Hagi. Thank you Hagi!

Hagi is a first class, incredible locksmith. He's friendly, reliable, good at communicating and excellent at what he does. He arrived in his van and fixed me up in no time. He also jumped my car and gave me an extra key on the house. He is the only small-time business guy whose card I will keep in my wallet (in case) and I highly recommend him.

They are the real deal. After accidentally throwing my keys away Solomon came out this morning and made two new keys roadside using the lock to my door. Very friendly, prompt but most importantly honest service. Price was as they said and the whole thing was done in about an hour and a half. I found them on yelp, so I felt it necessary to leave a review as well.

I called Hagi after I lost my keys. He was able to get out to me very quickly and set me up with a couple of keys in no time. He's friendly and reliable. Hopefully I never lose my keys again, but if I do, I'll call Hagi.

So after an awesome summer party I irresponsibly lost my in laws car keys(smh). Contacted the Dealership that advised me that it will cost me almost $400.00 to replace and reprogram the car key.Also i would have to bring the car to the dealership as well. told them I cant bring the car to them if i dont have the spare(which was in FL with the inlaws). There response was get the spare. So then I shopped around for Automotive locksmiths and the first one that popped up for NYC told me $300-350.However due to language barrier and lack of care for my situation I did not feel that they understood my situation.So then i contacted Locksmith & Roadside Waiters, and was given to Hagi right away who beat both quotes and new exactly what i was asking for, He kept in contact me through out the whole day as I gathered information showing proof of ownership and everything.When I got home to where my car sat for 3 days and he was there in 10 min after my call. I was in my car and had a key in almost an hour. It was a huge relief and very pleased with the assistance he provided.
I strongly recommend Hagi for any automotive lockout he was a pleasure to work with and very fast.

Hagi is a true professional and just genuinely a great guy. He was able to create a duplicate of my Harley key, which most people will just tell you to go to the dealership and waste a bunch of money and time. I highly recommend Hagi.

Hagi the Locksmith was fast, professional and affordable. Just when everyone else was telling me I needed a new cylinder or a new ignition switch. Hagi was able to save me a bunch of cash. This guy is a genius!!! Got my car open and keys made in 10 minutes. Well worth the price, paid $150 when other companies were quoting me $250. Made appointment for 7~8 and he was there right at 7. Highly recommended!!!!

Nothing short of amazing! I lost my keys over the holiday weekend and my fiance' and I needed ignition keys made for his Navigator and a key fob for my Nissan Altima to be re-programmed. Rob came out in the pouring rain and and was able to make 2 ignition keys, and extra door key, and re-program my key fob in a little bit of time for a VERY reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs an automotive locksmith service.

Haji came to my rescue, much like the other reviewers. I lost the key to my partner's 2003 Honda CR-V (oops) and we needed to move it before the morning for street sweeping. After calling around and getting multiple quotes for upwards of $300 to replace the key, I found Hagi's webiste and gave him a call. Not only did he come to my house at midnight, he quickly popped the lock to the car door and replaced the key for $150. He was also totally sweet and put me at ease while I was in somewhat of a crisis.
