Had a strange experience this morning of getting locked IN my condo. Being handy, I tried to fix the problem myself but it was beyond my grasp. Cue Genti (probably misspelling that.) He arrived 30 mins after calling and not only opened the door for me (freedom!) but also great conversation and mechanical insight as he replaced the door knob. Highly recommend. Friendly locksmiths, timely phone service.

Benny gave me an initial quote over the phone to change 2 locks in our building. The first appointment was canceled due to a conflict. My brother ended up installing one of the two locks. A 2nd appointment was set up for the other lock. During the appointment, Ganti (sp?) gave me a number of different options for the lock replacement and explained everything clearly. We ended up choosing the simplest solution. Price was less than the initial quote. Good communications in general. Solid service. Will use them again. Happy customer.

On a very cold January 2, the key to my residential garage door broke inside the lock. With no other windows or doors to get in, I called Elite who quickly sent over a personable fellow by the name of Benny. He knew exactly what to do, and when he was done, it was like nothing had happened. Reasonable pricing rounds out my excellent experience with this place -- will use them again if need be!

I needed a lock installed on my bedroom door, but wanted it to match the other brass locks in the house. I called a few other places who were either super rude or never returned my call.
The guy I spoke to, I think his name was Willy? at Elite was very professional and kind. He took his time and did the job right, and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be using them again and recommending them wherever possible.

I used them 3 times already (1.when I first moved to change my locks 2.when locked myself out and 3.when my keys were lost) They are prompt, fast and professional. Would use them again for sure.

Recently got video intercom installed, among other things. They were so great and helpful and the end product works great , is of high quality and looks great. Damien took the time to explain everything to me and the team worked well in spackling and working with the current house. They were super professional and I can't say anything negative. Awesome job!

Lost one of my original car keys, and wanted to make a 2nd copy just to have.
These guys had the best price in town! But more so than the price they had great service too. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Definitely recommend this locksmith, i know if I ever need a locksmith, I can trust these guys!

Both my BMW X5 remote keys were off. Fixed both fast while waiting. Both work now for less than 1/3 of buying new keys at the dealer. These guys are honest pros. Going here for all my cars and locks. Highest recommendation!

He sounded ok on the phone. I don't know much about prices, so when I went to buy a new lock, I found it a bit expensive, so I said " wow, why so expensive?"
He looked at me with a cold face for a few seconds, then he said, " I don't know what to tell you, but you live in ....... (name of condo), and you find this expensive?"

New to North Bergen and we visited Elite Lock Smith to make copies of our keys. The service was fast and Damion was pleasant to work with. They were able to make copies of every key. Unlike lowe's who only had one of our keys. The parking in the area is bad so we parked temporarily in their parking lot behind the building.

Just to renew Rolland C's review from 2011. Top notch service, very helpful and knowledgeable. Professionalism at its best!!
Gave me advise over the phone, saving me a service call.. brought in the lock myself to have it repinned saving $85. They did it in less then 10 minutes....
I know whom to call when I need a locksmith again!

These guys are incredible. Service is top-notch, the guy who work there is very nice and very knowledgeable. They provide high quality service and products at a very reasonable price. I called them to change a lock and add an extra Mul-T lock to my entrance door. They did it the same day, fast and well done.
Two thumbs up, highly recommended locksmith. Probably the best in the Hudson County!

My only broken 95 Lexus key was replaced by being coded and made after towing car to shop to ensure fir was correct. Also had 98,Lexus on-site for an additional spare key to be made!! Quick & Professional service would l highly recommend******
