They were great in regards to timing and Communication. However I had to give 2 stars for the price. I was locked out of my bedroom, they did come super quick and got the job done. It took the locksmith literally 1 minute to open my door, no drilling or anything required. They charged me $94 for 1 minute of work. I didn't do much shopping around nor did I think to get a quote before having them come (which I should have done) but I think the cost of this was way out of line for what had to actually be done.

Locksmith showed up late and tried to charge me $170 for a locked bedroom door. I argued the price down to $100. He then unsuccessfully tried to open the door with a card and then a lock pick. Failing that, he proceeded to drill through the keyhole to destroy the pins in the lock. After leaving my doorknob a smoldering mess, he took my cash and left me to replace the lock on my own. Ridiculous.

My locksmith Abe was super professional and gave me a great deal! He stayed in touch in regards to his ETA which allowed me to run errands. A really good experience.

Abe came out in less than an hour and got the job done in 25 minutes. He was concerned the new key would make the remote starter stop working but he was able to make it all work just fine!
