Guy was great. I was locked out on a Friday night (with my cat), and it only took him 15 minutes to arrive. He managed to keep me calm during the ordeal (which couldn't have been easy!) and was super patient. Be prepared to pay A LOT, but it's worth it when you're in a crisis.

This is an updated review... I posted earlier today a very bad review after Brooklyn Atlantic 24hr locksmith basically stood me up after confirming they would change my locks. When made aware, Neil (the boss I think?) called me immediately to apologize and explained there had been some miss communication within the team. Since then they went above and beyond to fix the issue and provide me with a (temporary) solution for my doors. In the end, I appreciated the customer service level and the empathy that Neil and Avi had to fix the issue. Thank you! (Counting on you guys for the follow up now :-))

Rom came within 10 mins of me calling in a highly panicked state. He assessed the situation and immediately got to work. Finished quickly, gave tips on how to lock the place and was just cool and calm during the whole thing! Would def recommend!

Very nice and professional locksmith company. They said they would arrive in 20 mins and they showed up in 10 mins. One of the locksmith explained everything to me before doing anything. They had to drill my Kwikset keypad lock. I had an excellent experience with this company and would definitely recommend them to everyone!!!

I didn't actually end up needing the locksmith to come out because I was able to get my building guys to do it for me but Ben at the office was so kind and helpful. The locksmith was already on his way so I paid a small service fee which I absolutely did not mind since both of the individuals helping me were so kind. Thank you guys!

They were very kind and professional. I called and they came quick. Nick (for short) was very kind and more then fair. He called when he was running late (which he wasn't) and did a great job. They do come quickly and they get the job done. Probably more than I wanted to pay but to have a lock taken out and a new one installed all in an hour from the time I was locked out is pretty good.

Really happy with my service. I just needed my deadbolt on my door changed, and I selected them because they quoted me less than the other 2 locksmiths I called. The manager not only gave me a direct number to reach him, but I also received a call the day of to confirm. They gave me no problem when I actually needed to push my appointment back 30 min. The technician came at 12:30pm on the dot (we actually saw him waiting in his car outside a few minutes before the appointment). He was in and out in 23 minutes.

Rom came quickly and had all the tools needed to fix my lock. Was locked INSIDE of my apartment (yes, that happens) and he was able to quickly unlock and replace the lock.

My boyfriend had his apartment broken into. Actually, totally disturbing, someone broke in and LIVED there while he was away for the holidays. He came home at 2am to find everything ransacked and genuinely, someone having moved in. Needless to say, the locks had to get changed ASAP. I quickly yelped locksmiths in the area, and Brooklyn Atlantic popped up. Not many 24h locksmiths are actually 24 hours - I was so relieved when Sonny picked up. He was really nice and said he would be there in 20m and could provide a free estimate before beginning any work. He even called to let us know when he was nearby. He came upstairs, evaluated the locks, told us what our options were, and had everything installed within 1 hour of calling him. He was great to work with, and I am so very grateful he was able to help us out. We really needed that reassurance and customer service at that moment, and Sonny came through. Definitely recommend.

Ron was fantastic! He showed up a few minutes before our scheduled appointment to our apartment on a Saturday morning. He was very polite and professional. We had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them all and explained everything to us. We would highly recommend him and Brooklyn Atlantic Locksmiths. Thank you!
