Another store in the neighborhood (I won't embarrass them by name) made me two different sets of the same key--and neither of them worked. So instead I came here and was made a set of keys that worked on the first try. Clearly this is THE place to keys done on the UES, highly recommended.
Bonus: While my keys were getting made, we chatted about how much we both love "Car Talk."

My door was jammed. I could lock and unlock it but it would not open. My super was of no help except that she knew to call Alan at ATB. Alan gave me a simple trick over the phone and I was in my apartment instantly! Thanks, Alan!

Such a great place, so very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me get a hard to find item (traveling to other stores for me to pick it up). I have at least two hardware stores closer to my apartment but will definitely be traveling to this one from now on! Kind of service you'd expect from a small town general store not in NYC!
