The technician who came to my apartment at 3am because of a jammed locked made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I was alone in the middle of the night and he told me I had nice legs and kept making comments that made me feel unsafe or like he was wasting my time and making up charges. The whole process took about two hours and after he put on a new lock without my permission he "insisted" I pay in cash. I had to walk to find an atm at 4am for $400. He made me wait while he counted it all in front of me. I felt unsafe the whole entire time and slept with a hammer under my pillow because I was so scared he would come back

Wow! Can't say enough good things about these guys. Got locked out in sheepshead right in the movie parking lot and these guys got a guy out in no time. My car was opened within 10 minutes of arrival. Saved their number in case this happens ever again. Very reliable and responsive company. Thumbs up all the way!

I am so grateful to these guys for helping me when I was locked out of my Toyota with my 5 year-old son this past week in Sheepshead Bay. About twenty five minutes after calling them up, Mike arrived and got us back in quickly. We were even able to make it to my son's Tae Kwon Do lesson only ten minutes late! Thank you for resolving this stressful situation quickly and efficiently!
